Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 14 days notice is required for a course cancellation to result in a full refund.

Cancellations with less than 14 days notice but more than 7 day will result in a 50% refund.

A full refund will be provided if you are able to supply a medical certificate

 

Course Credits

Course credits are at the discretion of the organiser and if given must be used within 6 months of the date the credit was issued.

 

Reschedule Policy

 

A minimum of 7 day’s notice to required to reschedule your course.

All changes to course dates with less than 7 days notice will incur a result in forfeit of your course fee.

 

Cancellation by AMA Qride

AMA Qride reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances and/or circumstances beyond our control.

Should this occur, those who are booked in will be notified and offered to move their course to the next available date or, to move their course into credit. AMA Qride will not be held liable for any claims arising from course cancellation.
